Sleep Positive is an online space where I discuss the topics I am passionate about.
I have always been fascinated by sleep, and strongly believe that good quality and quantity sleep is key to alleviating many of the physical and mental health problems that we face as a society today.
As part of a newly emerging field, my research takes a positive psychological approach to sleep and explores the links between positive psychological traits (such as gratitude, optimism, self-compassion and mindfulness) and better sleep outcomes.
By shedding light on these relationships and investigating novel positive sleep solutions, I hope that my research will begin to help people get the good night's sleep that they deserve.
